Refund & Returns Policy

Food by 6M

Overview

At Food by 6M, our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For exchanges:

If not marked as a gift:

  • Refund will be sent to the original purchaser
  • The gift giver will be notified

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
